As a professional organisation, we would expect maximum courtesy from all golfers as we operate a full courtesy towards you. You are very important to us and we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, we will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other clients that may want your session slot. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Golf Services, Lessons, Lesson Packages and Gift Vouchers

• All Services, Lessons, Packages and Gift Vouchers have an expiry date 6 months from the date on the voucher or date of purchase.

• All Services, Lessons and Vouchers are NON-transferable and NON-refundable

• OCG Ltd is not responsible for any Gift Vouchers which are lost, stolen or damaged

• Gift Vouchers must be presented during the first lesson.Failure to do so may result in a lesson fee being charged

• Other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of OCG Ltd, expiration dates will not be extended beyond their original date

• If through illness or injury you will be unable to undertake your lesson or lesson package within prior to the expiry date, contact OCG Ltd to organise a solution.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

Golf Services & Lesson Cancellation Policy

• A golfer not turning up for their session without any prior notification will have to pay the full session fee

• A golfer cancelling their session within 24 hours of the session time will have to pay the full lesson fee

• A golfer cancelling their lesson within 24-48 hours of the session time will have to pay 50% of the session fee

• Cancellation fees will be waived in exceptional circumstances, which will be at the discretion of OCG Ltd.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed lessons and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any lesson bookings if you’re unsure.

Late Policy

We will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, if you are late it can affect the remainder of our bookings by delaying us for clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. After that time, we will contact you to check you are on your way. If you are able to make it in time for your entire lesson to be completed, great! If not, you may have to reschedule part of your lesson. This will allow me to continue to our allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their lesson. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; We’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the lesson scheduled.

Here is a general breakdown of our late fees:

If the client arrives late but within the allotted time, but has to forgo some of the lesson 100% of the booked lesson charge will apply.
If the client does not arrive in time for the lesson to be completed, you will be charged 100% of the booked lesson.

Again, please remember that your lessons are reserved for you and only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to ensure the smooth running of our business. I very much appreciate your business and adherence with our policies.
